Fixed repeating patterns

The generator supports simple fixed cycles such as 4 on 4 off, 2 on 2 off, and 5 on 2 off.

This tool calculates dates from the pattern you enter. It does not determine employer policy, overtime rules, payroll rules, or legal obligations.

Frequently asked questions

Can I create a 4 on 4 off calendar?
Yes. Use the 4 on 4 off example, choose your start date, and export the generated work shifts.
Can I include off days?
Yes. Turn on the off-day option if you want off days included in the ICS or CSV export.
Does this account for holidays or overtime?
No. The tool only expands the work/off pattern you enter. It does not adjust for holidays, overtime, union rules, or employer policy.
Does WCalendar save my schedule?
No. The schedule is generated in your browser and downloaded as a file. It is not saved or published.
